Around half of my clients work in technology, but I've also worked with people in finance, healthcare and other professional fields. I also work with startups, SMEs and recruitment partners that need help finding and hiring the right people.
No - and I'd be cautious of anyone who does. Hiring decisions are ultimately made by employers. What I can do is help you understand where you're getting stuck, strengthen how you present yourself and make sure you're properly prepared when the right opportunity comes.
The Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482) allows Australian employers to sponsor eligible skilled workers. Depending on your circumstances, a sponsorship pathway may also be available through a licensed labour hire provider. Eligibility depends on your occupation, experience, the role and other visa requirements - we can discuss it during the intro call.
Yes - all sessions are available online, so we can work together wherever you are in Australia. In-person sessions can sometimes be arranged in Sydney.
The 10-minute intro call is free. A one-off consultation is AUD $220 per hour. For larger pieces of work, such as a resume rewrite, interview preparation or ongoing support, I'll confirm the scope and cost with you before we start.
